Job Description

Why this is important to us:

We are looking for a Reconciliation Specialist to join our team who has a broad understanding of all Investment Operations functions. The role requires expertise across the full trade lifecycle and Investment Accounting Operations. You will thrive in a fastpaced environment with an emphasis on highquality and timely delivery. A strong interest in learning and harnessing technology will help you succeed in this role.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Action daily tasks and monitor the workflow of processes such as:
  • Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks and issues
  • Preparing monthly reports
  • Monitoring email box and replying on the emails in a timely manner
  • Performing postings of cash adjustment in the system
  • Conducting daily reconciliation of Cash Trades and Positions on Client accounts
  • Independently liaise with 3rd Party Managers Counterparties Clients and Custodians to resolve operational issues
  • Maintain procedures and ongoing training
  • Manage all administrative activities and contribute to reports to management
  • Knowledge and adherence to service delivery against SLA and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Independent investigation of complex cases with custodians

What we value:

  • Thorough understanding of reconciliations
  • Significant experience in working within a buyside or outsourced Operations team
  • Understanding of claims procedures.
  • A Bachelors degree in finance or the equivalent combination of education and experience
  • A good level of knowledge of Capital Market products
  • Familiarity with diverse security types and the investment industry
  • Enhanced communication with good verbal and written skills (English Language)
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools (Word &Excel)
  • Knowledge of databases and SQL
  • Strong analytical skills and logical understanding of the processes
  • Business Analyst project or onboarding experience is an advantage
