We are looking for a Reconciliation Specialist to join our team who has a broad understanding of all Investment Operations functions. The role requires expertise across the full trade lifecycle and Investment Accounting Operations. You will thrive in a fastpaced environment with an emphasis on highquality and timely delivery. What you will be responsible for:
- Action daily tasks and monitor the workflow of processes such as:
- Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks and issues
- Preparing monthly reports
- Monitoring email box and replying on the emails in a timely manner
- Performing postings of cash adjustment in the system
- Conducting daily reconciliation of Cash Trades and Positions on Client accounts
- Independently liaise with 3rd Party Managers Counterparties Clients and Custodians to resolve operational issues
- Maintain procedures and ongoing training
- Manage all administrative activities and contribute to reports to management
- Knowledge and adherence to service delivery against SLA and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Independent investigation of complex cases with custodians
What we value:
- Thorough understanding of reconciliations
- Significant experience in working within a buyside or outsourced Operations team
- Understanding of claims procedures.
- A Bachelors degree in finance or the equivalent combination of education and experience
- A good level of knowledge of Capital Market products
- Familiarity with diverse security types and the investment industry
- Enhanced communication with good verbal and written skills (English Language)
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools (Word &Excel)
- Knowledge of databases and SQL
- Strong analytical skills and logical understanding of the processes
- Business Analyst project or onboarding experience is an advantage
