Supporting children aged 717 with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and Mild Learning Difficulties

Provide highquality consistent care and support to children aged 7 to 17
Work closely with your team to create a nurturing safe and structured environment
Support young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs
Promote positive routines independence and emotional wellbeing
Be a positive role model and help young people thrive
Hours: 8am 8pm shifts
Contract Options: 36 40 or 48 hours per week
Sleepins: 810 per month (as per rota)
Hourly Rate: 14.50
Sleepin Rate: 52 per night
Overtime and additional shifts available

Essential Requirements:
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent recognised Level 3 qualification)
Experience working in residential childcare or a related field
Full UK driving licence
Minimum age: 21 (in line with Ofsted requirements)
Desirable:
Experience supporting children with complex emotional needs
A calm consistent and nurturing approach
