Are you passionate about outdoor adventures water safety and delivering exceptional experiences
As our Assistant Chief Watersports Instructor youll get to work at an award winning park that not only is used for leisure activities but also is crucial to the supply of water to Anglian Waters millions of customers.
The watersports centre offers sailing windsurfing rowing and paddle boarding providing a fun filled day out for beginners to experts as well as group tuition for school groups and corporate events.
What will you be doing
Overseeing watersports activities and mentor the instructor team.
Deliver highquality training sessions and ensure safety compliance.
Support planning and management of events or activities.

Who Were Looking For

Its essential that you have previous experience as a Watersports Instructor and;
RYA instructor qualification in Sailing or equivalent
