Admin Coordinator What you will do

Lets do this. Lets change the world. In this vital role you will provide complex administrative support to the US Brand Lead of Otezla dermatology and support the Otezla marketing team.

  • Managing multiple complex calendars by setting up and coordinating virtual and/or inperson meetings across multiple time zones
  • Making travel arrangements and preparing expense reports in a timely manner
  • Assisting with special projects
  • Assisting with preparation of presentations and meeting agendas
  • Maintaining department email distribution lists
  • Preparing agendas and taking actionitems as the need arises

What we expect of you

We are all different yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients. The administrative professional we seek is a selfstarter with these qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

Associates degree and 2 years of administrative experience

OR

2 years in a technical school setting with handson experience

OR

High school diploma / GED and 4 years of administrative experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5 years experience in an administrative support role
  • Strong Outlook Excel PowerPoint Skills
  • Knowledge of MyBuy WebEx MSTeams SharePoint and Concur
  • Bachelors degree
  • Experience working in biopharma industry
  • Strategic problem solver who loves to think ahead and anticipate solutions to logistical issues
  • Ability to work in a fastmoving results oriented environment
  • Discretion in dealing with proprietary information
  • Helpful cando attitude with a solutionoriented approach
  • Polite and personable team player
  • Skilled at remaining calm under pressure
