The primary function of this job is to oversee and develop the nationwide sales team and policies related to all Company services (excluding finished products). Driving results through effective and creative leadership of the sales program at Baker is essential. This position will provide training career development coaching and monitoring of all sales staff. Relationships with each divisions general manager and each locations branch manager will be essential to creating and determining sales goals within each regions footprint.
