- Manage the centers budget including financial planning and reporting and ensure that all expenses are within budgetary guidelines.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines and ensure that the center is in full compliance with all licensing requirements.
- 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a childcare center or related field.
- Proven track record of attracting retaining and engaging highquality teachers.
- Strong relationship experience and ability to enroll and retain families.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines and a commitment to maintaining full compliance.
- Strong leadership and management skills with a focus on building and motivating highperforming teams.
- Ability to meet state/local childcare licensing requirements.
- Associates degree in early childhood education or related field (preferred).
