Role Overview:

Huntsman Corporations Customer Service team is searching for an experienced Customer Service Representative in our hub in Krakow. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) supports the delivery of defined high quality transactional and business service associated with the order fulfillment process. Delivering to agreed performance and cost targets on behalf of all relevant businesses and sites in an environment that encourages continuous improvement to the underlying global processes and outcomes.

We are looking for someone that is passionate about providing the best customer service and solutions with a focus on effective problem solving and ability to analyse challenging situations. It is a temporary position with a fixed term contract basis of around 12 months.

Role Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for:

  • Completing the order process from receipt of customer orders (planned or otherwise) through to dispatch and then invoice using standard SAP processes and functionality

  • Proactively responding to customer queries including order status order amendments and ensuring a high level of customer service

  • Monitoring customer accounts and/or order book status on a regular basis resolving problems with potential customer impact including credit blocks and delivery issues.

  • Following established procedures for each service request including logging processing and progress chasing enquiries adhering to all Key Performance Indicators Service Level Agreements and Quality Standards to maximise customer satisfaction

  • Controlling the delivery process within SAP preparing associated documentation for goods dispatch. Ensuring all processed dispatches are ready for billing system housekeeping is up to date and all outdated stock demands are removed promptly.

  • Referring availability/forecast issues to the daily hotspot meeting for resolution with relevant parties.

  • Creating and maintaining a close working relationship with Sales Engineers other Supply Chain Finance and Logistic members

  • Building excellent relationships with customers by proactive communication via variety of channels ex. phones emails .

  • Providing back up for other CSRswhen

Experience and Competencies:

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree with strong experience working as a Customer Service Representative in a similar environment.

  • Export trade and S&OP experience is advantageous.

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools ideally with SAP experience.

  • Fluency in English with an additional language of Turkish.

  • Very good analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to communicate at all levels within the business.

  • An organized and systematic approach with the flexibility to adapt to demanding environment
