As a member of our Application Evolution Services (AES) team we are looking for candidates who thrive working in a highpaced work environment capable of working on a mix of critical Application Evolution Service offerings and engagement including help desk support enhancement and optimization work as well as strategic roadmap and advisory level work. It will also be key to lend experience and effort in helping win and support customer engagements from not only a technical perspective but also a relationship perspective.

As a Manager youll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to . Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients while reporting to Senior Managers and above.
Be involved in the financial metrics.
Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients.
Contribute to the development of your own and teams technical acumen.
Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decisionmaking.
Adherence to SLAs experience in incident management change management and problem management.

Strong Knowledge in:
3 to 6 years of handson experience in Project Management
Experience in supporting project management activities for multinational large scale SAP support projects
Experience in performing project management activities from offshore that includes/ support project initiation cost management communication preparing status quality management/ monitoring resource management risk management etc.
Experience in project management tools such as SAP Solution Management Microsoft Project Planning JIRA etc.
Basic understanding of ITIL key components such as Service value system and the four Dimensions model.
Understand client requirements provide solutions functional specifications and implement technical components accordingly.
Excellent Communication analytical and Interpersonal skills as a Consultant and play a role of team lead.
Experience in implementing SAP BPC Netweaver 10.X) as a Functional
Consultant for multinational organization having complex business scenarios
At least one end to end implementation of BPC on Cloud (on AWS or Azure or SAP BO
Cloud version) for large scale organization in each of the following scenario :
Business planning Budgeting Forecasting Currency Conversion in multicurrency scenario
Business Consolidation Group Accounting Elimination of Mark Ups in inventory
Knowledge of SAP BW (HANA) preferably in Modeling Reporting & Extraction
Knowledge and Experience of BPC on HANA SAP ERP FICO Skills SAP CO Profit Center Accounting Master Data Elements such as GL Account Cost Center COPA Profit Centers
Profitability Segments Material Masters Customer Masters & Hierarchy Product Hierarchy
Vendor Masters Transfer Pricing with product markups and Affiliate Accounting
Well versed with different model sets like Revenue Planning Model Financial Model
Foreign Exchange plan Foreign Currency translation. Able to source data from ECC into
BPC automate data loads into BPC implement conversion of historical data security setup
administration setup/convert input templates and reports using enhanced functionality of
new version of BPC (BPC on cloud) create change control process
Segregation of Financial Plan and underlying data set into separate models: one for
General Ledger (GL) and one for Controlling and Profitability Analysis (COPA)
Able to transition configuration and best practices for continual application maintenance to
the support teams
Good understanding of Planning and Consolidation processes
Design and develop SAP BPC models input schedules reports and calculations to support business planning and consolidation.
Create and optimize planning applications ensuring they are scalable and maintainable.
Write and maintain BPC logic scripts ABAP or other customizations to meet business requirements.
Ensure data consistency and reconciliation across systems.
Implement ETL processes and manage data flows to support analytical requirements.
Automate recurring tasks and processes for efficiency improvements.
Partner with finance IT and business leaders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Lead discussions on best practices for planning reporting and analytics.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to data logic scripts or system configurations.
Conduct rootcause analysis for any system disruptions or failures.
Document technical designs solutions and user guides for both platforms.
Train endusers and stakeholders on system functionalities and enhancements.
