Job Description

Weredelighted to be recruiting for Sales Executive to join our exciting new homes sales team.

You will be based out of our Bracknell office and will be required to travel to or be sitebased across the region working Saturdays if required.

Were looking for a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join us on a permanent basis. Operating mainly within our southeast area portfolio youll be responsible for selling our Shared Ownership properties ensuring targets are met and leads are converted into sales.

Using your excellent customer service and interpersonal skills youll ensure the needs of customers are fully understood and youll be there to offer the highest levels of advice and assistance from first viewing to legal completion.

A driven selfstarter youll take ownership of the full sales lifecycle liaising with solicitors lenders estate agents and developers along the way quickly building effective working relationships. A knowledge of the property market and the issues buyers face will be vital in offering customers guidance on market trends and ensuring theyre fully understood throughout the process.
