Applicant must demonstrate: Knowledge of content standards and implementation of standards basedcurriculum Create lesson plans with clear objectives submitted weekly to online resourceInstructional planning that includes speaking reading comprehension grammar and vocabularyPlan annual Spanish Fair Integrated use of technology for delivery of instructionIncorporate use of digital tools for student workAbility to adapt instruction to meet individual learning styles and student needsEffective use a variety of formative assessment techniquesEstablish a grading policy that motivates students Practice positive consistent discipline in the management of the classroom Strong classroom management skills and be able to foster a sense of communityStrong interpersonal communication and organizational skillsStudentcentered approach Understanding and support of academic social emotional developmentStrong communication skills with all stakeholders Maintain accurate and up to date recordsUtilize cloud based grading systemInterpersonal skills and organizational skills Professionalism in conduct demeanor and work habitsWillingness to participate in schoolcommunity eventsKnowledge of the basic teachings of the Catholic church
