To excel as a PartTime Billing Clerk/Administrative Assistant at The Center for Family Services of Palm Beach County Inc. you will need a strong educational background in billing. Proficiency in various electronic tools is essential as youll be managing multiple systems to ensure accurate billing and reporting. Attention to detail is critical as you will be responsible for preparing monthly reports and facilitating the intake process flawlessly.
Strong communication skills are necessary for providing exceptional customer service to clients and bilingual proficiency is preferred to better assist our diverse community. Responsibilities for position:
The responsibilities for this position include billing and collecting for thirdparty client billing such as Medicaid Medicare and other insurance companies as well as conducting insurance verification. The role also involves generating monthly billing reports providing exceptional customer service handling cash and managing insurance credentialing.
Hours:
The position requires a commitment of 30 hours per week in our office with the following schedule: Mondays and Wednesdays from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM and Fridays from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
