Job Description
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
(Part-time hours available) (8- hour shifts)
Well-Spring is seeking compassionate and professional CNAs who are committed to delivering high-quality care in a resident-centered environment. As a CNA youll play a vital role in supporting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) promoting dignity comfort and quality of life.
Primary Responsibilities:
Assist residents with personal care (bathing dressing grooming toileting etc.)
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Record vital signs and maintain accurate documentation
Support safe mobility and transfers using proper equipment
Ensure resident privacy dignity and rights are respected
Maintain cleanliness of living areas and support meal/snack services
Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
Follow infection control safety and HIPAA guidelines
Qualifications:
Current CNA certification in good standing with the NC Health Care Personnel Registry
Completion of a state-approved CNA course and competency evaluation
Ability to lift move and assist residents safely (up to 50 lbs with assistance)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Professional dependable and compassionate demeanor
Physical & Environmental Requirements:
Must be able to stand/walk for long periods bend stoop and respond quickly
Comfortable working in a fast-paced resident-focused environment
Tolerance for varied sounds odors and emotional situations
