Job Description
ETTA (nonprofit / Human Services)
is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP)
for a young man with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities
in our Employment Services Community Integration Department
Location:
Sherman Oaks
Schedule:
Mondays Fridays
Daytime Hours (TBD)
30 hours per week)
Experience:
Must have professional or personal experience supporting individuals with special needs.
Description:
Seeking applicants with personal or professional academic experience. The ideal candidate will be a creative motivator who would enjoy supporting our client with doing voiceovers and YouTube content. Seeking staff who would enjoy morning outdoor activities.
Qualifications:
- Some personal or professional experience supporting individuals with special needs
- 21 years of age
- A valid drivers license (for a minimum of three years) clean driving record and proof of vehicle insurance coverage
- Willingness to transport using personal vehicle (with mileage reimbursement)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Paid Training Provided (weekdays / daytime hours)
