Job Description
Responsibilities
Systems Engineer supports a highly dynamic and growing program with US Government customer. Part of a large multiyear contract that supports customer in systems engineering and integration across a broad portfolio of projects. Role focuses on the development deployment and data distribution for a widely deployed intelligence collection system. Experience in managing a system through the full lifecycle from concept to disposal. Significant exposure to operations and maintenance of systems will be critical as well as the problemsolving skills required to manage the logistics of a widely deployed system.
General Responsibilities:
Primary point of contact for system deployments and operations and maintenance.
Work closely with system developers on system enhancements fixes and longterm maintenance.
Work closely with system operators to ensure mission continuity and maximum capability.
Oversee system inventory unit swap out preparations for shipment/deployment software maintenance.
Primary point of contact for system data output and delivery and data formatting.
Support the customer in evaluating developer technical performance.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D.
- Current TS/SCI clearance with poly
- Experience with SIGINT system design.
- Ability to work independently and act as the customers representative with developers and outside organizations.
- Experience with the full system development lifecycle.
- Exposure to data analysis and enterprise data systems.
- Experience with terrestrial communications data circuits and general networking.
