Job Description


Job Summary:

The job involves acquiring and retaining customers by selling Cellcoms products and services ensuring a highquality customer experience and meeting or surpassing sales targets. Responsibilities include assisting the Store Manager in training staff maintaining store operations and handling customer feedback and concerns. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication interpersonal and sales skills along with leadership abilities and the capacity to multitask effectively. A high school diploma or equivalent is required with retail experience preferred and proficiency in basic computer skills is necessary. Additionally the candidate should be organized detailoriented and able to work in a fastpaced environment.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Provide onthejob training for staff and assist sales consultants in achieving sales and retention goals.

Maintain uptodate product and operational knowledge acting as a subject matter expert for teammates and customers.

Support Store Manager in maintaining store operations ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Execute customer service delivery process accurately and efficiently both instore and over the phone.

Proactively retain customers through rate plan analysis outbound calls and presenting renewal offerings while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.

Minimum two years of retail or related experience required; retail lead or assistant manager experience preferred.

Strong verbal communication skills including telephone etiquette and sales presentations.

Proficiency in interpersonal skills such as conflict management negotiation and relationship building.

Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and Windows with the ability to handle cash transactions and perform basic math.

A motivated and organized individual with strong communication sales and leadership skills who thrives in a fastpaced retail environment and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service would excel in this role.
