ProVac is breaking into Nashville and were searching for a dynamic Area Manager to launch lead and grow our newest location. Youll take full ownership of daily operations drive safety and service excellence and be the catalyst for business growth in Tennessee.

What Youll Do:
Take ownership of daily field operations scheduling and project
Lead new customer acquisition and market growth efforts
Champion a culture of safety quality and accountability
Recruit train and mentor highperforming field teams
Partner with Sales HR Fleet and Safety teams to deliver toptier service
Manage labor equipment job costing and KPIs to meet goals
Represent ProVac with professionalism and leadership in the local market

Were Looking For:
7 years of field leadership experience in construction industrial services or environmental services
Industry knowledge of hydrovac ground protection equipment rentals waste services or utilities
Proven ability to build teams manage operations and drive business growth
Familiarity with regulatory compliance safety programs job costing and KPI tracking
Bachelors degree in Business Operations or related field (preferred)
