Position Information: NWHSU is seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial healthcare professional to lead our patientfocused evidencebased Bloomington clinic. This role provides a great opportunity to blend your clinical expertise along with your business leadership to ensure outstanding patient care as well as drive revenue growth and operational efficiency. As Clinic Leader & Provider you will spend approximately 80 of your time providing highquality natural health care and up to 20 on strategic and operational leadership. In this leadership capacity you will manage clinical providers and business development. We are seeking a strategic problemsolving individual who will foster a positive teamoriented environment.

Work Location: Bloomington MN in person

Duties:

• Provide highquality care to patients including assessments and treatment plans.
• Educate patients on preventative health rehabilitation exercises and lifestyle modifications to improve longterm wellness.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with clinic and regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase patient volume and expand service offerings.
• Identify opportunities for additional natural healthcare services including functional medicine to enhance clinic offerings and revenue streams.
• Drive marketing and community outreach initiatives to strengthen clinics presence and reputation.
• Manages the clinical providers including training setting production metrics performance management & appraisals

What you need to have

• Degree in any of the following disciplines: Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) Master/Doctorate of Acupuncture (LAc DAOM) or Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine (ND or NMD)
• Active license to practice (DC LAc DAOM ND or NMD)
• 5 years experience; 35 years management experience
• Strong understanding of clinic operations revenue growth strategies patient retention and change management skills

Other Specialized Knowledge/Skills:

• Experience in integrative and natural healthcare with experience in expanding services to include functional medicine or other complementary therapies.
• Proven ability to motivate manage and lead a team fostering a positive patientcentered environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a handson leadership approach and problem solving.
• Financial and budgetary experience
• Clinical skills to understand chiropractic acupuncture and massage therapy services
• Excellent skills related to communication interpersonal skills patient education assessment organization diagnosis professionalism and adjustment techniques
• Up to date knowledge of coding and documentation
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a consultative decisionmaking culture

Compensation:

Administrative Role: $20000 annually (approximately 20 of time)

Clinical Role: This position offers a gradually declining stipend over the first 9 months in addition to a revenuesharing model. After the initial period compensation will transition fully to a revenuesharing model. (approximately 80 of time)
