Job Description
Job Summary:
Responsible for maintaining Maintenance metrics in his area in line with AOP. Equipment availability MTBF MTTR Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Maintenance Cost and Kaizen in line with AOP. Look constantly for new technology upgrades/ideas/Suggestion which can improve performance of the function. Also Supporting GEM HSE and Quality systems and processes in the team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
# Responsible to maintain and overdrive Equipment Preventive & Planned Maintenance of FA VSRCHRASWA and maintaining MTBF & MTTR as per LSW in line with AOP
# Support for closure of RCA for repeat issues and major issues impacting deliverables with ICA and PCA
# Support and participate in NPI activities in his area. Make sure all open points are addressed before taking production handover from NPI.
# Closure of PM Air leakage TPM Tags abnormalities in planned manner with driving cost saving initiatives in terms of repairing of pneumatic slides cylinders valves etc
# Order closures in SAP Fiori systems and issue of material through SAP FIORI
# Responsible for adherence to all the safety and environmental rules in his own area
# Ensures continuous improvement in his area by using Kaizen RCA and Gemba.
# Responsible to execute risk assessment and define actions
# Drive the Escalation Process and quick problem resolution
Skills and Knowledge Required:
# Complete know how of maintenance system preventive/predictive maintenance Safety standards to be followed in maintenance
# Experience in Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance and knowledge of Troubleshooting of Sensors BOSCH Screwdrivers Leak testing units Engraving units Tightening tools FESTO Cylinders Slides Valve Banks Different types of pneumatic & hydraulic valves CNC machine Belt checking basic alignment of tailstock grinding wheel air bearing welding machine toolings VSR toolings
# Expertise in Vision systems setting of Cognex and Keyence.
# Good hands on expertise to understand and troubleshoot issues in Fanuc CNC 0i 18i 30i series)
# Maintenance Troubleshooting and teaching of Fanuc and Staubli Robot.
# Green Belt Certified (preferred)
# Good man management skills people friendly acceptable to all
# Excellent leadership skills with experience of managing people
# Excellent verbal & written communication skills
# Good interpersonal skills with the ability to gain cooperation & commitment from peers superiors and repartees
# Global mindset should always focus on final customer requirements and always drive in this direction
# Excellent knowledge of HS & E system requirements.
Experience and Education Required:
# University degree BE/Diploma in Mechanical Trade
# 34 years of previous experience in Maintenance in a similar role having automotive mass production background
# Experience in leading team of shift technicians
