Were looking for a Hydraulics Specialist to join our team at a customer site in Lucca. This is your chance to play a critical role in ensuring the performance and reliability of key systems in a dynamic safetyfocused environment.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Managing preventative corrective and breakdown maintenance tasks for hydraulic systems.
Developing and implementing hydraulic maintenance strategies including standard work procedures.
Troubleshooting hydraulic issues and leading root cause analysis investigations.
Collaborating with internal/external resources.
Monitoring system conditions oil quality and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Train team members to enhance their skills and ensure they master essential competencies
What Were Looking For:
Engineering qualification in hydraulics with handson hydraulic maintenance experience.
Knowledge of automation systems (PLC/DCS) and technical drawings.
Strong teamwork problemsolving and communication skills.
Fluent in English and Italian knowledge will be considered a plus.
Familiarity with SAP.
