Set up in 2017 in Gurgaon Airbnb Capability Center was established to service the global Airbnb community. Our small and extremely capable team of Gurgaonbased colleagues strive to make the impossible happen for our inbound and outbound travelers within this big and diverse market. ACC is providing varied services under Community Support thereby providing worldclass customer experience to our customers. Besides this ACC is also building deep capabilities for different verticals like GSS Finance Technology Group Finance Shared Services Analytics etc.
The Difference You Will Make:
As Manager Supply Quality you will drive the implementation improvement and engagement on critical Host policies and standards.
A Typical Day:
- Collaborate with the Host Policy and Standards team to understand and align on policy objectives updates and changes.
- Coordinate policy implementation efforts with operations teams ensuring clarity consistency and compliance.
- Monitor and assess policy implementation progress identifying challenges and proposing solutions for improvement.
- Develop a deep understanding of policy requirements and implications to effectively communicate and explain policy decisions to senior executives.
- Analyze policyrelated data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for policy improvements and adjustments.
- Stay updated with industry trends regulatory changes and best practices to ensure Airbnbs policies remain effective and compliant.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across different teams to foster collaboration and alignment.
Your Expertise:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Total 12 years of experience in product project and operations management with 5 years of experience in policy formulation and implementation. An ideal candidate needs to have a very strong understanding of policy development and implementation processes.
- Excellent executive presence communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to effectively communicate complex policies to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to assess policy impact identify issues and propose solutions.
- Proven ability to collaborate and drive intended outcomes with crossfunctional teams. Build relationships with and influence stakeholders across geographies .
- Familiarity with the shortterm rental industry (or other network businesses)and/or experience working in a regulatory environment is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to a fastpaced dynamic and evolving work environment.

- Confidentiality & Security: Employees are responsible for protecting Airbnbs Intellectual Property and Confidential Information. Workrelated activities including calls and meetings must not be conducted in public places while traveling or in any setting that may compromise confidentiality or work quality.
