If you are someone that has a keen attention to detail loves serving guests (wherever theyre located) and wants to represent our brand well with onsite & offsite catering customers we want to talk to a Restaurant Catering Coordinator you own and are responsiblefor the successful of our catering customers (onsite & offsite).
In addition to owning this part of the business you will assist in operational roles and ensure remarkable customer experience.A successful coordinator must be mature patient and professional with a growth mindset at all must enthusiastically and passionately lead by example with integrity to build and develop a strong team with a standard of excellence.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities
In this role your time should be spent:
- Grow and Execute the Catering Business
- Maintain an Active Presence in our restaurant by supporting other leaders in all parts of the restaurant
Operational Responsibilities:
Catering:
- Ensure that the team has planned for the next day catering orders:follow up with customers for any questions write orders on the board for the kitchen ensure supplies are gathered and prepared with attention to detail drivers are scheduled and aware of any special instructions.
- Execute catering:work with the kitchen to ensure they are prepared and staffed for large catering orders jump in and assist kitchen when the first to handle delivery of catering orders but gather orders for all other drivers that you are not able to handle.
- Make sure all items have been rung through the register.
- Have all pickup orders and delivery orders together (condiments and utensils also to CFA standards).If you wont be there for the pickup/delivery assign a responsible person to be the contact for the order.
- Keep catering area organized & communicate well to the team that helps support catering.
- Put all TMS coolers and tables up before leaving for the day
- Follow up with catering customers to inquire about their experience.
- Identify potential catering customers
Restaurant:
- Support the business working in assigned positions during peak hours or periods of being short staffed.
Broader Leader Responsibilities:
- Work with the Sales & Marketing Director to execute the business strategy
- Execute the ChickfilA Winning Hearts Strategy
- Understanding of each key position in both the front and back of the restaurant
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes but is not limited to standing for extended periods of time and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items.
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Follow ChickfilAs operational policies and procedures.
- All other duties as assigned.
