EAGLE COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT VOLUNTEER PROGRAM
If you are interested in becoming a volunteer withEagle County Schools please complete this online application.
ALL volunteers must be fingerprinted to ensure the security of our students and members.
Once the background check is completed and the application is approved the coordinator of the school in which you are interested will contact you with next steps.
Role of a volunteer:
School volunteers provide assistance to students help staff better meet the needs of students and develop closer ties between schools and community.

Fingerprinting/ Background Check information:
Beforeanyindividualcan participate in any field experience practicum internship employment or other placement they must pass a background check.

- You must use this billing code so that the $54.50 BGC fee is charged to us. You will only need to provide payment of $10 for the vendor fee (collected via credit/debit card)
NO REIMBURSEMENTS WILL BE ISSUED.
* Locate an Enrollment Center convenient for you. (Copy Plus preferred)
* Enter Billing Code:1417ECSDNonLic
* You will be prompted to complete the preenrollment process by entering CBI and FBI information required for your specific background check.
* During your10minute appointment at the Colorado Fingerprinting Enrollment Center a technician will quickly and accurately complete the process by performing ID verification fingerprint capture photo capture and signature image capture in compliance with CBI and FBI requirements.
* Payment is collected from the applicant via credit/debit card if you do not use the billing code provided the fee is $54.50 for the CBI/FBI check in addition to a $10 vendor fee.
* Results are returned to ECSD within 3/5 business days.
* In the rare event that your prints are rejected for print quality (less than 1 you will automatically be notified via your preferred method of contact (email or phone) with automated links to reschedule an appointment at no charge.
* ECSD is unable to provide fingerprint results.
