Summary of the Role:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technician Instructor in Trowel Occupations to join our Construction team at North Lindsey College. This role involves supporting curriculum staff and supervising learners in practical teaching areas. Scope and Purpose of the Role:As a Technician Instructor in Trowel Occupations you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our curriculum. You will work closely with the Curriculum Lead to ensure learners receive highquality guidance and support contributing to their success and progression. Your role will involve both practical instruction and administrative tasks to maintain a safe and effective learning environment.

Lets Teach The LETs teach programme supports new members of teaching staff in terms of college systems and key teaching and learning areas including new staff lesson visits and postcard peeps. Each new member of staff has an allocated Lead Practitioner who works closely with them throughout the programme.
Lets Bloom
The LETs Bloom Programme aims to connect our experienced and qualified teachers to share best practice and support continued risktaking as we continue to add depth to our teaching craft. Teachers volunteer on this one year programme working closely with the Learning Enhancement Team capturing their experimentation in a journal.
