Sounds great what will I be doing
As our Software Security Engineeryoullautomate and manage key security processes including the Software Development Life Cycle Vulnerability Management Security Software Architecture Web Application Scanning Bug Bounty Programs and Penetration Testing. This handson role requires writing or reviewing code and demands robust technical skills. Proficiency in Python/Django is needed with openness to other programming languages or web framework.
Its also fun; shaking things up is what working for a growing company is all about. So youll need to be flexible comfortable with continuous change and working in a hightempo environment as we grow.
What do I need to bring with me
Youll need to be able to demonstrate the core skills this role requires. You dont have to tick all the boxes right away; the important thing is that youre willing to learn. Heres what the team will be looking for:
Proficiency in infrastructureascode particularly with Terraform is essential
Expertise in managing container deployments CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes
Indepth experience with Google Cloud Platform services and understanding of its security controls
Ability to build and operate secure systems at scale is required demonstrating your capability to manage and safeguard extensive digital infrastructures
Advanced knowledge of Linux is a bonus
