Early Ed Speech/Language Pathologists
Extended School Year Summer

Burlington School District is seeking Speech/Language Pathologists tto provide supports in an inclusive summer preschool environment for young children ages 36. Speech Pathologists will provide services in the classroom in small groups and individually as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Licensed or eligible for Vermont Educators License.
- Licensed in Speech/Language Pathology
- Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience inclosely working with providing direct instruction to and casemanaging special education students.
- Experience insupporting children with cognitive language ASD adaptive behavior and social emotional needs.
- Ability to commit to work all 3 program weeks July 7th July 24th
- Experience working in a preschool classroom.
- Ability to train and supervise paraeducators
- Experience in working with ELL students who have language development needs desirable
- Knowledge of best practices in engaging and motivating students and managing student behaviors.
- Previous experience inExtended School Year programming ispreferred
