Job Description

We are currently hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the talent acquisition function and help the organization hire suitable talent in a timely efficient & costeffective manner while promoting diverse & inclusive hiring practices.

Job Location:Corporate Office Meerut

Experience:5 to 10 Years

Work Week:MonSat.

Candidate shall be required to:


  1. Partner with leaders within the organization to track ongoing hiring needs
  2. Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings
  3. Lead all sourcing strategies
  4. Manage external partnerships with colleges job boards and HR software vendors
  5. Plan & implement online and offline employer branding activities
  6. Observe and strengthen all stages of candidate experience (including application interviews and communication)
  7. Manage train and evaluate the team of recruiters
  8. Participate in and host recruitment events to develop awareness of the Company
  9. Develop a network of potential future hires
  10. Prepare and review annual recruitment budget
  11. Measure key recruitment metrics like Recruitment Funnel TAT cost per hire etc.

Skills Required:


  1. Good experience of managing fullcycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives
  2. Good understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g. social networks)
  3. Handson experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and HR databases
  4. Good teammanagement abilities
  5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster longterm relationships
  6. Hands on experience in MS Excel preferred if has worked on Google Spreadsheets

Qualification Required:


MBA with specialization in HRM
