Role Overview:
As a Services Territory Manager you will be responsible for leading the launch and ongoing performance of service offerings within your assigned territory. This is a customerfacing role with 75 travel to support onsite deployments and customer engagements. This travel is primarily within a drivable distance or your assigned region but often includes domestic flights and overnight trips. Key focus areas include vendor managed inventory vending machines and managed IT services. You will own the endtoend of new service launches including coordination with service providers customers and internal teams. Additionally you will monitor and drive the performance of customers local vendor service technicians and product KPIs.
Key job responsibilities
Organize and lead the launch of new service deployments within your region serving as the primary point of contact for customers and service providers
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure a successful service experience
Manage vendor service partners monitor their performance and work collaboratively to address any issues
Track and report on key metrics related to customer satisfaction service utilization and product sales
Identify opportunities to improve existing service offerings and develop recommendations for new services
Assist with sales activities such as customer presentations and proposal development as needed
Collaborate crossfunctionally with internal teams (e.g. sales operations product) to ensure seamless service delivery
Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
Experience launching new products or services and navigating complex crossfunctional processes
Comfort with moderate travel within your assigned region (approximately 75 of time)
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
3 years of client or vendor facing roles with a focus in relationship management and negotiation skills experience
35 years of experience in a customerfacing fieldbased role preferably in the MRO office or IT distribution industries
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and navigate ambiguity with a high degree of ownership and problemsolving skills
Proficient in analyzing data and using insights to drive decisions and improve performance
