Salary: 48000.00
Hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday
Arvato is a leading provider of innovative supply chain solutions dedicated to optimising operational efficiency and delivering exceptional service to our clients. We are seeking a talented and experienced Solutions Design Manager to join our dynamic team.
As a Solutions Design Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative logistics solutions that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to design plan and execute logistics strategies that enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth.
Your Tasks
- Responding to tenders in coordination with the global solutions design team.
- Analyse client requirements and transform them into solutions that can be read into financial business models.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including sales operations and IT to ensure solutions are feasible and seamlessly implemented
- Administration and control of the entire process
- Collaborate with customers to understand their evolving needs and proactively propose enhancements.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of design solutions in 3PL Industry identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Prepare regular reports and updates for the Solutions Design Director highlighting team performance project status and key performance indicators..
Your Profile
Someone who has:
- Experience in specifying sourcing and managing the implementation of relevant equipment and services within a warehouse and operational design.
- An understanding of how operations account management IT and logistic engineering
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels demonstrating gravitas impact and credibility
- Experience in stakeholder management within a customerdriven with the ability.
- The ability to influence and inspire others to improve customer experience
- A deep understanding of financials and commercial contracts in the logistics industry with the ability to design costeffective models based on specific types of agreements
