Our Vanguard Luxury Brands team are recruiting for aSales Executiveto sell some of the most exciting brands in the Australian and International Spirits market. This includes iconic brands such as Four Roses Bourbon The Gospel Whiskey and the iconic Four Pillars Gin range. This exciting role will service the ACT Snowy Mountains Batemans Bay to Eden and if youre interested and live in or around Canberra then we would love to hear from you.

This role is a permanent position and is an excellent opportunity to grow your sales career and gain experience within a supportive and inclusive organisation.


What does a day in the life of a Vanguard Sales Executive look like

  • You will work with our established customers creating innovative strategies that range from account planning to instore merchandising and promotional with the goal of getting more of our brands into consumers hands
  • You will travel to our customers sites to fully engage and get to know their needs to service and best support them
  • You will be an absolute brand and company advocate delivering growth through onpoint brand
  • Work with and collaborate effectively as a part of the wider Sales and Marketing Team
  • Always be on the hunt for potential growth and development opportunities within current and new customers.


What are we looking for

  • A customer and consumerobsessed individual youll be motivated to build strong customer partnerships
  • You will have demonstrated sales experience in the alcoholic beverages industry (preferably in Spirits) in both the On and Off Premise channels.
  • A proactive attitude and the courage to pursue new business opportunities. You should be comfortable with actively seeking out prospects and embracing each day with unwavering enthusiasm.
  • Accountability: you keep your promises and deliver on your commitments
  • A full clean drivers licence as well as the ability to work in Australia for at least the next 12 months.
