Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to join our Land Development division playing a crucial role helping to drive largescale complex projects from inception to completion overseeing land development project delivery while aligning with business goals. This position will be instrumental in managing the complex technical aspects of our land development projects including early land evaluation predevelopment and related real estate transactions including stakeholder management and risk mitigation.
In this role you will work at the intersection of real estate development engineering and project delivery helping AWS meet the everincreasing demand for cloud infrastructure while maintaining the highest standards of technical excellence. Youll help drive the technical of land development projects that are critical to AWSs growth managing complex interdependencies while ensuring seamless coordination across multiple work streams.

Develop comprehensive technical delivery strategies aligned with real estate timelines
Coordinate complex infrastructure requirements across multiple technical disciplines
Manage critical path dependencies between real estate engineering and construction activities
Project :
Create and maintain detailed project schedules risk matrices and technical documentation
Oversee technical consultants and engineering partners
Drive resolution of technical challenges across civil utility and infrastructure components
Ensure alignment between technical requirements and entitlement/permitting processes
Manage project budgets and track technical deliverables

Stakeholder Management:
Lead technical discussions with internal stakeholders and leadership
Facilitate crossfunctional communication between real estate and technical teams

Process Improvement:
Develop standardized technical processes for land development projects
Create scalable solutions for common technical challenges
Implement best practices across the technical program management portfolio
Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methods

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Engineering Construction Management Planning or related technical field
8 years of technical program management experience
5 years experience with infrastructure or land development projects
Proven track record managing complex technical programs
Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across various technical disciplines
Strong understanding of civil infrastructure development processes government permitting


Preferred Qualifications:
Masters Degree in related technical field
PMP Certification
Experience with mission critical facility development
Knowledge of utility systems and municipal technical requirements
Experience managing technical aspects of land development projects and demonstrated success in process improvement and standardization
