Full time MondayFriday Hybrid 2 days/week in office)

General Statement of Duties:Under the direction of the Director of Talent Acquisition and Retention the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will partner with hiring managers and business teams fromall levels of the organization to facilitate the fulllifecycle of recruitment including reviewing and updating job descriptions sourcing screening interviewing and Acquisition Specialist will act astheteam lead for the Talent Acquisition team.

Responsibilities:

  1. RecruitforBAMSIsfulltimetemporary and internshiproles aswellassupportteams recruitment efforts.
  1. Ensurefairconsistent andefficientpracticesasit relatestosourcingrecruitingandhiring.
  2. Leadanddevelop recruitmentstrategiesto attractdiversecandidatepools.
  1. Manageentirerecruitment processincludingcreatingrecruitment strategiessourcing screening interviewing evaluating and hiring for all level positions.
  1. Unbiasedlyevaluateapplicantsbasedonjobrequirementsandapplicantqualificationswith

managersandinterviewingapplicantsonaconsistentset ofqualifications.

  1. Workwithcompensationtoprepareextendandnegotiatejoboffers.
  1. Executeemployerbrandinginitiatives and promotejobopportunitiesvia socialmedia channels.
  2. Maintain vendorrelationships including staffingagenciesand otherrecruitingpartners. Partner with broader team on diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  1. StayuptodateonthelatestbestpracticesandtechnologyintheTalentAcquisitionspaceto

facilitatecontinuousimprovementof policyandstrategy.

  1. Identifypassivejobseekersusingfullrangeofrecruitmenttacticsandresources.
  2. Buildandutilizeacandidatepoolforcurrentandfuturepositions.
  3. Manage communication process withinternal and externalcandidatesHRcolleaguesand respective hiring business teams/clients.
  1. Proactively evaluateand assessstaffingneedsof theassigned programareasand consult with Divisional &DepartmentalHeadsabout organizationalchanges and strategiesconcerning the efficient utilization of headcount.
  2. CoachtheHiringManagers oninterviewing and selectionskillsandtechniquesaswellas counsel employees on career development.
  1. Assist inthedevelopmentoftools/processestostreamline/automatethestaffingfunction.
  2. TeamleadforTalentAcquisitionunderthedirectionoftheDirectorofTalentAcquisition.
  3. ResponsiblefortrainingwithintheTalent Acquisitionteam.
  4. PointofcontactwhenevertheDirectorofTalentAcquisitionisnotavailable.

  1. Performall dutiesincompliancewithBAMSIpoliciesandapplicablelaws.
  2. OtherTalentAcquisitionandHRrelatedprojectsasassigned.

Qualifications:

  • 6yearsfulllifecyclerecruitmentexperienceinahighvolumeenvironmentrequired.
  • An Associates degree is required.
    • A demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft OfficeSuitewith advanced Outlook Exceland Word required.
      • Knowledge of Application Tracking Systems (preferably ADP).
      • Anunderstandingof current legislationand laws(federalstateand local)around hiring practices.
      • Excellentinterpersonalcommunicationandorganizationalskills andademonstratedability to provide highquality customer serviceto internal and external customers Human Resources colleagues and respective hiring clients.
      • Abilitytobuildrelationshipsinfluenceandofferbestpracticesolutionstobusinesspartners.
      • Detailorientedanddatadriven.
      • Demonstratedexperiencecoachingandmentoringateam.
      • Experiencetrainingindividualsonrecruitmentrelatedmaterial.
        • The demonstrated abilitytoworkindependentlyand tomanageand resolveconflict ina tactful manner is required.

Ability to oversee daytoday operations in the absence of upper management
