Know Your Rights: Notice for California Applicants: Informatics Specialist will be responsible for providing analytic support and quantifying business requirements and performing analyses forecasting and mining of data to support crossfunctional teams and stakeholders. They will review patients records for timeliness completeness and accuracy while communicating with crossfunctional teams as appropriate. The Health Informatics Specialist will ensure that there is quality maintenance of the patient information/medical records within applicable laws policies rules and regulations. They will also perform other duties as assigned or required.
EDUCATION EXPERIENCE TRAINING
Required qualifications:
1. Bachelors Degree in Clinical Healthcare field Business Discipline and or Healthcare Management Health Information Management or Information Science or equivalent experience
2. Two years of work experience in an acute care health information management setting
3. Working knowledge of medical terminology
4. Demonstrate advanced ability to operate a computer multiple software applications and other office equipment as necessary.
Preferred qualifications:
1. Clinical experience.
Interpersonal skills necessary to deal with and establish working relationships with physicians hospital personnel and coworkers

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role which includes estimated wages benefits and other forms of compensation is $22.28 to $41.39. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire in which a wide range of factors will be considered including but not limited to skillset years of applicable experience education credentials and licensure.
