- Leadsevaluationsessionswithbusinessstakeholdersandinternalteamstodriveoutcomesorientedprobingofarchitecturaldesignstechnicalcredentialsandapplicabilityforusewithinexistingsystemsandinformationarchitecture
- LeadscommunitiesofpracticeacrossSoftwareEngineeringtodriveawarenessanduseofnewandleadingedgetechnologies

Requiredqualificationscapabilitiesandskills:
- Formal training or certification on Software Engineeringconcepts and 5 years applied experience
- Formaltrainingorcertificationonengineeringconceptsand8yearsappliedexperience
- Handsonpracticalexperiencedeliveringsystemdesignapplicationdevelopmenttestinganrationalstability
- Advancedinoneormoreprogramminglanguage(s)
- Proficiencyinautomationandcontinuousdeliverymethods
- ProficientinallaspectsoftheSoftwareDevelopmentLifeCycle
- AdvancedunderstandingofagilemethodologiessuchasCI/CDApplicationResiliencyandSecurity
- Demonstratedproficiencyinsoftwareapplicationsandtechnicalprocesseswithinatechnicaldiscipline(.
