Lake Technical College
Lake Technical College is seeking a passionate and experienced Culinary Arts & Hospitality Instructor to join our team. This dynamic program operates as a live restaurant serving breakfast and lunch daily to faculty and staff in a fastpaced handson environment. The ideal candidate will bring five or more years of industry experience with a strong foundation in hot and cold food preparation baking kitchen operations hospitality and management. While prior postsecondary teaching experience is a plus it is not required. LTC is looking for someone who can bring fresh insights from the culinary industry and transform realworld knowledge into engaging experiential learning. A strong connection to local industry partners is highly valued to help provide students with networking opportunities internships and exposure to current trends. Preferred qualifications include ServSafe instruction and test proctoring certification as well as membership in the American Culinary Federation (ACF).
