QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience in energy management services desired
- Three years of budget or finance experience
- Ability to work and communicate effectively with district employees
- Maintains and organizes energy management records
- Two years of college preferred

SALARY:
$51783 (BA2
Salary Range (based on experience) as set by the Board of Trustees for the school year.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Assist the Manager of Energy Management in the managing and balancing the districts energy budget preparation of monthly quarterly and annual Energy Reports.
- Assist in implementing energy measures that will significantly reduce the impact on the Districts Energy Budget.
- Manage the Districts water budget: review invoices and verify accuracy of 500 monthly utility meters/accounts (electricity natural gas and water). Input all data from 500 utility meters/accounts in the energy data base weekly.
- Receive/prepare all utility bills for the district: establish and/or maintain access to online portals for electricity natural gas and water.
- Serve as the Liaison between CFISD and the public utility providers to negotiate billing discrepancies disputes errors while seeking prompt resolutions for credits due to CFISD.
- Submit bills to Finance Department every Tuesday AM and deliver checks to the billing offices to avoid late fees.
- Inform Maintenance Director & Supervisors of high electric water gas usages and MUD Notices. Submit work orders when necessary.
- Setup accounts to access the Smart Water Meter portal to receive alerts of potential leaks.
- Receive/record incentive checks from energy vendors and deliver to Finance Department.
- Establish new accounts request Power Movein orders Release and pole removals to our energy providers.
- Obtain CCRs and Rate Orders from MUD websites. Scan & send a report to the Chief Operations Officer (COO) each year as well as inform COO of any water violations and for Public Information Requests as required.
- Generate invoices for Club Rewind and the Food Production Dept for utility costs at all
- Ensure department has adequate materials/supplies necessary for office
- Provide administration assistance for the Manager of Energy Management.
- Coordinate and manage all travel expenses for the Energy Management Department.
