Job Description
Marshfield is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to serve as the Head Coach for our Cross Country program. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for distance running strong leadership qualities and the ability to mentor studentathletes in both athletic and personal development.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan organize and implement a comprehensive training program for male and female athletes.
Lead practices workouts and meetday preparations.
Promote teamwork sportsmanship and academic excellence.
Monitor studentathletes academic progress and eligibility.
Maintain equipment and ensure safety protocols are followed.
Coordinate travel meet schedules and logistics.
Communicate regularly with athletic department staff parents and the broader school community.
Recruit and retain studentathletes to build a competitive program.
