The Hilton Garden Inn hotel seeks an energetic enthusiastic peoplefocused leader. Our ideal candidate will be able to drive our culture and create an experience for guests and team members. We are a locally operated hotel. Our niche is to create personalized bestinclass hospitality.
The hotel is off Dana Ave near the I71 corridor. We are in the midtown section of the city near Xavier University.
Duties
* Ensure the Front Office Team is delivering a great service experience.
* Ensure Brand and Mgmt company standards are followed.
*Be able to take initiative to find solutions to problems without supervision.
*Manage day to day staffing needs.
*Act as a manager on duty.
*Educate and train team as needed.
* Follow financial guidelines for the departments you will supervise.
* Oversee guest service night audit and supervise housekeeping leadership during second shift.
*Promote sales and drive revenue.
* Work with our evening F and B operation to ensure a quality experience for our guest and team members.
* Complete a property walk daily.
* Manage administrative responsibilities while balancing hotel operation needs.
