Position Summary:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be crucial in connecting toptier professionals with highgrowth companies across departments like Administrative/Clerical Human Resources Accounting and Finance and Professional Services. Your work will directly contribute to the success of our clients by sourcing and securing the talent they need to thrive.
In this dynamic resultsdriven role youll be more than just a recruiteryoull be a strategic partner to both clients and candidates ensuring a smooth and successful recruitment experience. By working closely with hiring managers and candidates youll create lasting connections that empower businesses to grow while advancing the careers of talented professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive proactive candidate sourcing across multiple channels including digital platforms professional networks industry events and employee referrals to build a robust pipeline of highquality candidates.
  • Assess candidates qualifications skills and cultural alignment through indepth interviews leveraging datadriven insights to ensure an optimal match with both role requirements and company culture.
  • Build and maintain a dynamic futureready talent pipeline by continuously nurturing relationships with toptier professionals ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates for both current and upcoming roles.
  • Design and implement targeted resultsoriented recruitment strategies that align with organizational hiring goals timelines and business needs ensuring efficiency and highquality hires.
  • Provide a seamless transparent and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey fostering longterm relationships and positioning the company as an employer of choice.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with candidates guiding them through the interview offer and onboarding process to ensure a positive and successful transition.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand their staffing requirements and develop tailored recruiting solutions that meet teamspecific needs and organizational goals.
  • Leverage cuttingedge applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline processes enhance candidate management and maintain accurate realtime data for decisionmaking.
  • Stay ahead of recruitment trends and best practices continuously refining sourcing techniques and processes to drive innovation and attract the best talent in a competitive market.
Qualifications:
  • A bachelors degree in sales/business development marketing business administration human resources or a related field is preferred and a strong commitment to continuous professional development is preferred.
  • 35 years of demonstrated success in recruitment or talent acquisition roles ideally within a professional staffing agency corporate setting or similar fastpaced environments.
  • Indepth knowledge of the endtoend recruitment process including innovative sourcing strategies candidate screening and selection techniques.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates hiring managers and key stakeholders fostering positive and productive partnerships.
  • Ability to efficiently prioritize and manage multiple highimpact recruitment initiatives simultaneously ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining a high standard of quality.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other advanced recruiting software/tools to streamline workflows enhance candidate tracking and support datadriven decisionmaking.
