We are expanding our HR team and looking for a dynamic and highly organised HR Executive to join us. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for Human Resources excellent communication skills and the ability to manage diverse responsibilities effectively. This position offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to the growth and development of our company while supporting various HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings shortlisting scheduling interviews and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.
- Employee Relations: Support the development and maintenance of positive employee relations by addressing employee concerns and questions. Assist in resolving workplace issues promptly and constructively.
- HR Administration: Manage and update employee records ensuring data accuracy in HR systems. Assist in preparing HRrelated documentation such as contracts and correspondence.
- Policy Implementation: Assist in implementing and enforcing HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with legal standards and company guidelines.
- Performance Management: Support the performance management process by assisting in setting employee objectives conducting performance reviews and delivering feedback.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.
Required Skills and Qualifications
1. MustHave:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: 2 years in an HR role preferably within a fastpaced organisation.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Organisation: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
2. GoodtoHave:
- Familiarity with HR software and systems (e.g. HRIS ATS).
- Understanding of local labour laws and regulations.
- Professional HR certification (e.g. CIPD SHRM) is a plus.
