Job Description
At Kapres Technology we are looking for an IT Business Analyst to work for one of our multinational clients in the logistics sector.
The IT Business Analyst will be responsible for the controlled implementation of new and existing IT solutions ensuring that they meet the business requirements of the client. The role involves implementing specialized IT solutions for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Carrier Management Integration Systems (CIMS) and other systems used in operations and customer services.
Key responsibilities include analysing business requirements in consultation with Solution Design Operations and clients specifying system developments with functionalities data and interfaces and ensuring that solutions are effectively tested and implemented. The IT Business Analyst also plays a crucial role in training key users supporting clients and ensuring successful adoption of new IT solutions.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English.
- Bachelors degree in IT Logistics or IT background.
- At least 5 years experience in a large international logistic environment.
- Proven experience in business analysis within IT projects.
- Experience with WMS systems.
- Knowledge of warehouse processes and interdependencies.
- Currently living in Europe.
The position is fully remote in Europe.
