The Client Implementation Executive is the key point of contact for new clients to be onboarded in line with contract expectations . The Client Implementation Executive will be the first point of contact for a new client to commence a contractual relationship with Isentia. They will initiate and take ownership of the complete onboarding process provide training and support for the range of Isentia services as per the contractual arrangements and work to provide the highest level of service for our clients as they commence their partnership with Isentia.
Responsibilities:
Establishes and maintains strong relationships through client contact during the onboarding and implementation process.
Provides support and training on Isentia platforms and services allowing clients to optimise their service
Strong attention to detail to ensure that the new client is onboarded in accordance with the contractual relationship
Performs tasks as required with a high level of accuracy professionalism and efficiency
Ensures a positive client experience is maintained at all times and client satisfaction is delivered.
Performs tasks as requests to assist the team in delivering consistent high quality service to clients during their onboarding journey.
Provides insight into clients briefs including return and billing trends.
Service clients according to client segmentation.
Collaborates with Client Solutions Directors CSDs and Account Managers (AMs) to ensure the client onboarding timelines are followed adhering to client specifications.
Identifies opportunities and upsell additional content or services outside of a clients brief across all media types are shared with the Commercial Team.
Creates maintains and updates client profile
Prepares and submits reporting as required.
Develops strong and effective working relationships within the Commercial Team and colleagues at Isentia to ensure growth in their respective client lists.
Ensure successful communication and accurate transfer of information works with all areas of the business to achieve successful outcomesProvides colleagues in the Commercial Team with regular updates on major client activity and feedback product development opportunities competitor activity etc.
Qualifications:
Tertiary qualifications preferred but not essential (ideally in Comms or Business)
Strong research and research and analytical skills. Ability to build and develop client relationships. CRM skills desirable
PR /Media background. Previous experience working in a sales environment is desirable.
Strong client service focus. Selfmotivated and results driven. Digital/Social media savvy. Keen interest in news and current affairs. Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure. Team Player.
Computer literacy MS Word and Excel Databases. Able to adapt quickly to new technology. GSuite knowledge desirable
