Company: Globant.
Location: 100 remote open to residents of Argentina Chile or Brazil.
Job Type: FullTime (could be contractor).
Income: Salary range is between 3k USD and 4.5k USD per month but not limited to. All applications will be considered.

Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled SAP TM Senior professional to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on overseeing the design implementation and enhancement of SAP Transportation Management (TM) solutions. As part of our fully remote team youll be instrumental in achieving business objectives and advancing our technology offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and deployment of SAP TM solutions tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective SAP system integration and operation.
- Remain current with SAP TM updates and integrate best practices into project solutions.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to identify business needs and devise responsive plans.
- Conduct system evaluations to enhance SAP TM platform performance and scalability.
- Deliver expertlevel troubleshooting and support for SAP TM challenges.
- Document solutions and processes to support future projects and continuous improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a closely related field or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of SAP TM experience with a strong understanding of cloud architecture.
- Demonstrated expertise in SAP TM modules and their integration capabilities.
- Proficient problemsolving skills suitable for a remote work environment.
- Fluency in English (B2 level) with outstanding communication skills for global collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and its industryspecific applications.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management processes.
- Experience working within culturally diverse and geographically dispersed teams.
- Understanding of cloudnative solutions and DevOps methodologies.
