Position Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer (approx. 80 backend 20 frontend familiarity) with deep experience in API integrations call tracking systems and intelligent routing logic. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex backend challenges navigating thirdparty APIs and contributing to a small fastpaced engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design develop and maintain backend services that integrate with call tracking platforms (e.g. Ringba Retreaver and advertising APIs.

• Build and manage robust API integrations webhook workflows and dynamic routing logic for lead and call flows.

• Troubleshoot and optimize thirdparty platform integrations especially when documentation is incomplete or unclear.

• Develop and refine backend architectures to support scalable and secure data flows for highvolume environments.

• Collaborate with frontend engineers operations and data teams to support feature rollouts and resolve issues quickly.

• Handle JSON webhook events and RESTful APIs with precision and adaptability.

• Assist in product development cycles from planning through implementation and provide technical leadership when necessary.

• Create or improve internal SOPs for consistent integration and routing logic handling.

Role Focus:

• Backend Development: Approx. 80 of the role; core focus on scalable backend infrastructure and API logic.

• Frontend Coordination: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript to collaborate effectively with frontend teammates.

• Call Routing Expertise: Direct experience or strong familiarity with Ringba Retreaver or similar intelligent call tracking platforms.

• Problem Solving: Ability to work through unclear requirements poorly documented APIs and realworld integration edge cases.

What You ll Need to Succeed:

• 5 7 years of backend development experience using Python or PHP.

• Proven experience building and troubleshooting custom API integrations and webhook workflows.

• Experience working with call tracking platforms (e.g. Ringba Retreaver) and building dynamic call routing rules.

• Ability to handle highthroughput systems and data synchronization across thirdparty platforms.

• Strong debugging skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving data issues.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously in a remote setup.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with CI/CD version control systems (e.g. Git) and containerization tools.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS GCP or Azure).

• Exposure to CRM or lead generation platforms.

• Understanding of performance marketing or callbased conversion workflows.
