Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor network performance using tools like Nagios SolarWinds or PRTG.
Diagnose and resolve network issues ensuring minimal downtime.
Conduct regular network maintenance updates and patch management.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain documentation for network configurations topologies and processes.
Generate reports on network performance incidents and improvements.
Collaboration and Team handling:
Work with crossfunctional teams to support networkrelated projects.
Provide technical support to endusers for network connectivity issues.
Handle a team of 35 engineers.
Support the team to accomplish the given tasks.
Establish yourself as a role model.
Qualifications and Skills:
Educational Background:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Technical Expertise:
Strong knowledge of networking protocols (e.g. TCP/IP OSPF BGP MPLS).
Handson experience with network devices (Cisco/Juniper/Fortinet).
Proficiency in network monitoring and diagnostic tools.
Understanding of firewalls VPNs and network security measures.
Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS Azure GCP) is a plus.
