Job Description
Role: 4G5G RAN Protocol Developer
Experience: 7 Years in the Wireless or Networking domain with proven expertise in LTE/5G NR RAN protocol software development.
Title: Technical Lead
Location Bangalore/Any can relocate to Bangalore
Budget 28 LPA

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to lead the design development and integration of cuttingedge 5G NR protocol software. In this role you will play a critical part in delivering robust highperformance solutions while ensuring topnotch system quality and efficiency. Key responsibilities include:
Leading the full software development lifecycle: design implementation verification and integration of 5G NR protocol software.
Continuously driving system performance improvements with a focus on quality and reliability.
Overseeing and mentoring development processes ensuring adherence to software design principles coding standards and best practices.
Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality features on schedule.
Conducting thorough code reviews and providing technical guidance to the development team.
Required Skills and Expertise:
Extensive handson experience in LTE/5G NR Layer 2 protocol design implementation and optimization as per 3GPP specifications.
Strong programming and debugging expertise in C/C.
Sound knowledge of networking protocols including TCP/IP UDP SCTP and related concepts.
Proven experience in analysing and debugging gNodeB issues including log file analysis and troubleshooting.
Proficiency with software development tools like Git for version control and JIRA for project management.
Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern software development practices. Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with an emphasis on delivering scalable maintainable solutions.
