Job Description
Location: Federal Way WA 98003
Duration: 42 Weeks Travel & Local Candidates Welcome
Position Overview:
- Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (Beginning and ending times may vary depending on student needs and assigned school placement TBD.
- Guaranteed Hours: 37.5 hours weekly
- Weekly Pay: $1950 $2138
- Start Date: TBD due to school year preparation and training
- Training: Prior to the school year a training schedule will be provided (TBD)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech language and swallowing assessments.
- Design and implement effective treatment plans tailored to each student.
- Provide engaging therapy sessions focused on improving communication.
- Collaborate with teachers staff and families to enhance student outcomes.
- Document evaluations progress notes and treatment summaries accurately.
- Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in SpeechLanguage Pathology.
- Active SLP License for the state of Washington (WA).
- CCCSLP credential through ASHA.
- Recent schoolbased experience (minimum 1 year).
- Strong communication and problemsolving abilities.
Travel Benefits:
