Job Description
Our client a privately owned company based in Fort Worth is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join their growing team.
Reporting to the Controller the Accounting Manager will lead the accounting team in daytoday operations. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing general ledger management accounts payable accounts receivable and financial reporting. This is a key leadership role within the accounting department with strong visibility and the opportunity to make a lasting impact.
What You ll Bring
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting (required)
- CPA certification (strongly preferred)
- Construction Accounting experience (required)
- Prior management experience with the ability to mentor and lead a team
- A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
- A passion for process improvement and accuracy in financial reporting
