Job Title: Senior Insights Manager / Manager of Business Insights & Research

About the Role
We re seeking a strategic and proactive Senior Insights Manager / Manager of Business Insights & Research to lead our insights function across multiple departments. This individual will be responsible for owning and driving the insights agenda with minimal direction structuring complex workstreams managing priorities and transforming data into actionable insights that guide highlevel business decisions.
This is a highimpact role that requires deep experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry strong analytical acumen and the ability to effectively communicate and present insights in a compelling executiveready format.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the business insights and research agenda across departments with minimal supervision.
Generate and validate hypotheses to proactively scope and deliver strategic insights. - Analyze data from internal systems customer sources and thirdparty providers to identify trends in consumer behavior product performance and market dynamics.
- Deliver actionable insights that inform product strategy proposition development and gotomarket planning.
Develop visually compelling professional presentations and storylines for internal stakeholders and seniorlevel customer engagements. - Build and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple departments to understand priorities and align insights delivery accordingly.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects with internal and external stakeholders ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Collaborate with thirdparty research partners and oversee primary research initiatives.
Requirements
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in a CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) environment ideally in a business insights category management or research role.
- Expertise in handling and interpreting CPG market data and key industry metrics.
- Strong experience in designing and conducting primary research and managing external research vendors.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to structure complex data generate clear insights and influence decisions.
- Advanced problemsolving capabilities particularly in hypothesis generation and validation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to deliver professional engaging presentations to executive and customer audiences.
- Proficient in visualizing data and insights using tools such as PowerPoint Tableau Power BI or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Marketing Data Analytics Economics or related field.
- Experience collaborating with crossfunctional teams including Product Sales and Marketing.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and stakeholders.
