Become our clients Sales Specialist and help drive growth for an awardwinning Australian telco. You ll handle inbound sales qualify services using advanced tools promote toptier connectivity solutions generate leads manage orders and ensure seamless activation delivering a standout customer experience while representing innovative telecom services that are transforming the market.

Shift: Day Shift (Monday to Friday 06:00 AM 03:00 PM) Weekends Off
Salary: PHP 25000 to PHP 28000
Work Setup: Onsite Ortigas
Your Daily Tasks
- Serving as a Sales Development Representative for Australian clients
- Promoting telecommunications services from Exetel and Superloop
- Answering inbound sales calls professionally and in line with company guidelines
- Performing service qualification checks using advanced web tools
- Handling inquiries and generating leads with a customercentric approach
- Processing sales orders and managing service provisioning applications
- Providing timely updates on activation status and managing provisioning followups
- Updating and completing all pending tasks on inflight orders accurately
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
- At least 1 year of sales experience in the Australian telecommunications industry (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Proven track record in personal selling and lead generation
- Previous experience in a Telco or ISP environment (a strong advantage)
- High attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Demonstrated patience courtesy and professionalism under pressure
- Willingness to work extended hours when necessary
