JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcome and engage customers with warmth professionalism and attentiveness.
- Cultivate longterm relationships with clients through personalized service and consistent followup.
- Understand customer needs and recommend products that align with their preferences lifestyles and aspirations.
- Identify potential clients through prospecting walkins referrals and outreach initiatives.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and luxurylevel service to convert interest into sales.
- Meet and exceed individual and storewide sales targets contributing to the brand s growth and prestige.
- Upsell and crosssell where appropriate maintaining subtlety and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain expert knowledge of the brand s collections materials craftsmanship and heritage.
- Communicate brand values product features and exclusivity with clarity and confidence.
- Stay updated on current fashion trends seasonal offerings and competitor activities.
- Handle client concerns product inquiries and returns with poise and professionalism.
- Provide aftersales support including followups alterations or special orders.
- Ensure a high standard of client satisfaction and contribute to client retention strategies.
- Accurately maintain CRM records customer profiles and sales activity logs.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and client feedback to the Store Manager.
- Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels restocking merchandise and maintaining immaculate product displays.
- Work closely with marketing visual merchandising logistics and management to align on goals and campaigns.
- Share customer insights to help refine offerings and enhance the customer journey.
- Uphold store presentation standards and participate in regular team training and brand briefings.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- A bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in retail sales preferably within a luxury or premium brand environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Charismatic wellspoken and confident in engaging highnetworth individuals.
- A proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales goals.
- Familiarity with CRM tools POS systems and inventory software.
- Professional appearance and demeanor appropriate for a luxury setting.
- Should reside on Lagos Island or have reliable access to the area.
